Thursday, May 16th 6-8PM RIBS This class will cover the topic of ribs. This is one of our favorite classes, as we debate the difference between Southern and Midwestern methods, sauces, rubs, techniques, and much more. Thursday, June 27th 6-8PM Pulled Pork & Brisket This class will cover the topics of pulled pork & brisket, two of the harder meats to cook. We will go over smoking woods, temperatures, rubs & sauces, and recipes. Thursday, July 25th 6-8PM High Heat Grilling This class will cover the topic of grilling at high temperatures. We will go over rubs, sauces, techniques, and recipes.
