Herman's Boy Outdoor Cooking Classes The Outdoor Cook at Herman's Boy, Inc offers a variety of grilling classes throughout the summer months. These classes take place on a THURSDAY each month from 6-8 PM, May through October. You will learn anything and everything from slow cooking and grilling tips to how to properly prepare your meals. Learn techniques and recipes that will impress your friends and family. Watch a whole meal be prepared: meats, veggies, and bread. The best part about the classes: You get to eat everything that is prepared! At $25 per person, these classes are a great summer evening activity and make a great gift! Class Schedule (Subject to change)
Thursday, June 27th 6-8PM Pulled Pork & Brisket This class will cover the topics of pulled pork & brisket, two of the harder meats to cook. We will go over smoking woods, temperatures, rubs & sauces, and recipes. Thursday, July 25th 6-8PM High Heat Grilling This class will cover the topic of grilling at high temperatures. We will go over rubs, sauces, techniques, and recipes. Classes are $25 a person and include an hour to hour and a half long class, Q&A time, and a full meal of what is prepared in the class!
